Who We Are

HeadFullOfRocks (HFoR) is an artist collective based in Vancouver, British Columbia, creating bold, original performance work that explores identity, community, and collective imagination. Founded by artists Blake Hobson‑Dimas and Frannie Warwick, HFoR is guided by two intertwined goals: to invite self‑exploration and catharsis through performance, and to offer audiences fleeting moments of unrelenting joy.

What we do

Through fibre art, theatre, and digital storytelling, we celebrate those who’ve felt different, overlooked, or out of place. Since forming in 2021, we’ve collaborated with local companies and festivals including Rumble’s Symbiotic Cabaret (2022), rEvolver Festival (2024/2025), and Pi Theatre’s 40th Anniversary Party (2025). Our work is rooted in equity and accessibility. We build performances and events that welcome people in, invite catharsis, and spark self‑reflection. At our core, we believe in making art that is fun, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.

Alongside our live work, we are building an online hub called The Little Friends Library, a digital space dedicated to the proliferation of Friendship across the universe where connection, play, and collective wonder can thrive.
